Thrilled to announce that we have joined the Dutch Naval Design consortium. Together, we’ll be developing the next generation of 12-meter USVs for the Royal Dutch Navy’s (koninklijke marine) upcoming Anti-Submarine Warfare frigates expected in 2030.
This collaborative project, coordinated by Damen Naval, brings together the Dutch Ministry of Defence (Ministerie van Defensie), knowledge institute Marin and leading maritime industry parties. Together, we’re committed to building the future of naval (uncrewed) vessels.
Our expertise in autonomous navigation and USV platform developments will be instrumental in creating these sustainable, autonomous USVs for complex maritime environments. These uncrewed vessels will enhance maritime safety, both domestically and internationally.
