On 4 February 2026, we officially kicked off the eUGS project “Collaborative Combat Engineering Unmanned Ground Systems” project, a research and technology initiative of the European Defency Agency. The project focuses on advancing European combat engineering capabilities, and we are proud of Demcon’s role as project leader.

On 2 April, 2026 we will attend the National Conference on Autonomous Systems 2026.

We will attend ZIE – the Zuid Hollands Industrie Event, where technological innovation takes center stage around themes such as energy transition, digitalization, and sustainable industry. We will be present to engage with developments in high tech systems, energy transition, semicon, and related domains.

Our CEO, Dennis Schipper, was recently interviewed for the latest edition of LINK Magazine. This edition focuses on diversification, a theme that Demcon has always actively worked on and that remains relevant today. At the Princess Máxima Center for pediatric oncology researchers are growing pediatric tumor organoids to establish the Central Máxima Organoid Biobank (CMOB). This essential work is traditionally time-consuming. To optimize this process, Karin Sanders (Associate group leader Máxima Clevers group & head of Central Máxima Organoid Biobank) and Jarno Drost (Professor at the Princess Máxima Center) will test the RPMotion bioreactor from Orgonex. This innovative technology is designed to grow organoids more efficiently, significantly reducing the manual labor and materials required.
