Ten years ago, Jelle Reichert, founder of JOHAN Sports, ventured into uncharted territory with the very first version of the JOHAN GPS tracker for athletes: the V1 — a prototype that was far from perfect. However, one team, De Graafschap, under the guidance of head coach Jan Vreman, was willing to take on the challenge. Now, a decade later, both GPS technology and the use of data in sports have evolved significantly. In a twist of fate, Vreman is once again the head coach of De Graafschap, making this moment a fitting occasion to celebrate not only JOHAN Sports' 10-year anniversary but also a decade-long collaboration with De Graafschap.
